Trademarks are filed!
Took a while to really get this started… so many questions!
Is the project going to be worth trademarking? Is trademarking even worth while? Will the money spent on trademarking be money well spent?
Who to hire to do this?
The biggest problem turned out to be finding an attorney who is young enough (at heart at least) to be in tune with new software projects, yet old experienced enough to get the job done. I think we did well, hiring Juan Lizzaraga of Milling Benson Woodward LLP to get us covered.
Now, where’s that patent application laying around…
