Mac Client 6.0.2 – Time Machine Overhaul

When Watchman Monitoring began in 2010, Time Machine in the days of Leopard and Snow Leopard was a one-trick pony. Backing up to just one drive, and it didn’t have many tools to report its proper status.  In Mountain Lion (Mac OS X 10.8) Time Machine really grew up and in version 6.0.2 of our Mac software, we’ve taken advantage of the additional features and reporting that Time Machine has to offer. Watchman Monitoring has always alerted our subscribers when their clients’ computers couldn’t back up, and now they’ll have even more visibility into  the state of Time Machine backups. This release also addresses a number of issues reported by our subscribers, and internal streamlining of our processes.
