Mac Client 6.5.5 – macOS Sierra, Addigy links, Mac-MSP Reboot support

Features

  • Detects the Addigy agent and creates links to its listing in the Addigy Dashboard
  • Support for links to per-user based Bomgar jump clients
  • No longer sends alerts when a reboot is initiated via Mac-MSP by SolarWinds

Changes

  • No longer reports universal Time Machine exclusions, which were added by Apple in El Capitan

Bug fixes

  • No longer sends unnecessary warnings in certain cases when the agent is reporting diagnostic information.
  • Fixed a case where certain volumes would not appear to be selected for monitoring.
  • Tweaks boot time checking, in some cases of computer sleep.
  • Fixed problem getting CCC task name on some machines.

There wasn’t much fanfare associates with the release, but macOS Sierra is scheduled to release tomorrow. We’re ready to warn you as users begin to download the update.
