Windows Client – 65B – Screenconnect and Bomgar Support

Features

  • Support for Screenconnect
  • Support for Bomgar
  • Add system shutdown detection and reason reporting
  • Adds solid state drive detection and reporting
  • Now sends a one-time alert after a system restore has been performed
  • Adds the version number to the control panel
  • Group name now shown in the control panel and can be changed by an administrator

Changes

  • Removes redundant volume metadata
  • Volume logs now use the same volume identifier across all messages
  • Better logging and traceback handling for Mozy Plugin
  • Device Manager Plugin no longer errors on hardware that is disabled or still installing
  • Removes duplicate and overly verbose metadata from the CPU plugin
  • CPU plugin now more efficient
  • Users plugin now only reports the last five users (on XP we cannot determine the last X users so the first five are reported)
  • Control panel naming has been updated to match the macOS version; “Advanced” is now “Operation” and “General Settings” is now “General”
  • Control panel file-based locking has been removed

  • Fixes typos
  • Removes Watchman Monitoring logo from some areas in favor of a custom branded or generic icon
  • Adds code signing to the uninstaller
  • Fixes a bug that caused the product key to not be decoded
  • Fixes a typo in the Users Plugin
  • Fixes a crash with the Contact Menu
  • Fixes an issue with the Contact Menu not exiting
