Dashboard Update – Late April – Group Management, new integrations view, custom package names

Features

  • Groups have been added as a criteria for searching issues, Contact Menu Visibility and more.
  • Groups can be hidden from view, and restored (removes all enclosed computers from view as well).
  • New Integrations page, highlighting the integrations which extend the Dashboard’s functionality
  • Controls which enable the configuration of the Windows Contact Menu
  • Custom Branding now enabled customized names for installers which can be sent to end-user for self enrollment.

Changes

  • Streamlined the process for deleting Computer Records, instructing the monitoring software to self-destruct when requested.
  • Improved Column order, and CSV export of inventory data.
  • Added Active MAC and System MAC address to the API output

Bug fixes

  • Resolved an issue which led some subscribers to lose the ACN Coupon discount
  • Resolved an issue which led to duplicate Zendesk tickets.
